How does your factory carry out quality control?
Quality Control is one of our most important links. We attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production process. All of the products will be fully processed and strictly tested before packaging for shipment.
Can I get samples for checking the quality?
We are very glad to provide free samples for you to check the quality of our product. You need to be responsible for the sample cost. We will give these sample postage fees back to you after your formal order.
What's your delivery time?
In-stock products can be dispatched the next day, while customized products take 15 days after we received the deposit.
What's your payment terms?
TT (TT 30% as deposit, and 70% balance payment at sight of BL copy) or L/C at sight.
Is OEM available?
OEM service is available in our factory; providing us your LOGO or other kinds of design is all right.
