The H30 solar mini rail is made from AL6005-T5 (anodized), providing excellent performance in corrosion, acid, and alkali resistance. It is the most economical solar solution for solar tin roof mounting. The components include solar short rails, EPDM waterproof strips, and self-drilling screws. It is designed for high installation efficiency, allowing solar panels to be placed both vertically and horizontally.
Typical lengths available: 120mm / 150mm / 200mm / 250mm / 300mm / 350mm. For vertical panel placement, rail length depends on the roof crest span. For horizontal placement, 120mm is typically sufficient.
Mini rail solutions are low-profile and visually unobtrusive. They can be easily adjusted and repositioned, ensuring precise alignment with the sun for higher energy efficiency.
Install the solar H30 short rail on suitable points using self-drilling screws.
Secure the solar panels onto the H30 mini rails using mid clamps and end clamps.
