Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before the balance is paid.
What are the delivery terms and lead times?
Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU. Generally, it takes 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the items and order quantity.
Can products be manufactured based on samples?
Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build the necessary molds and fixtures.
What is the sample policy?
We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock, but customers are responsible for the sample cost and the courier charges.
