Solar Panel Tin Roof Montage System Anodized Aluminum Alloy Made Solar Short Rail Kit
The U70 solar mini rail is made of AL6005-T5 (anodized), which provides excellent performance in corrosion, acid, and alkali resistance. It is the most economical solar solution for solar tin roof mounting. The components include the short rail, EPDM waterproof strip, and self-drilling screws. It is designed for easy installation and high efficiency. Solar panels can be placed both vertically and horizontally.
Typical lengths available: 120mm / 150mm / 200mm / 250mm / 300mm / 350mm. Carton packaging ensures easy and low-cost transportation. For vertical placement, the rail length depends on the roof crest span; for horizontal placement, 120mm is typically sufficient.

According to the installation drawing, determine the distance between each U70 short rail, then fix the rail on the tin roof using self-tapping screws.


Determine suitable solar panel positions on the U70 short rails, then fix the panels with mid/end clamps. Lock the bolts to secure the panels after adjusting.
