Yes, free samples are available for standard fasteners. For non-standard customized items requiring new molds, a mold fee will be charged.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For non-standard fasteners, the MOQ is typically 1-2 tons depending on part complexity. Mold fees may apply but are often refundable upon reaching specific order volumes.
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Samples generally take 15-30 days, while mass production typically requires 25-50 days, depending on the specific order quantity and requirements.
What payment and delivery terms do you accept?
We accept various terms including FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, and Express Delivery. Payments can be made via T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Western Union in USD, EUR, or CNY.
