Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we own and operate our own manufacturing factories.
Can you provide samples?
We can supply samples for free. However, delivery charges should be covered by the customer via an International Express Account.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is typically 1 metric ton per model.
What colors and thicknesses can you achieve for powder coating?
We can produce any color if a sample is provided. Our standard coating thickness is between 60-80um.
How are mold fees handled for new designs?
If a new mold is required for your profiles, the mold fee will be refunded once the order quantity reaches a specified amount.
What is your standard payment term?
For the first order, we require a 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance before loading. For future orders, we can accept balance payments against the B/L copy.
