How does your factory carry out quality control?
Quality Control is our most vital link. We attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production process. All products are fully processed and strictly tested before packaging.
Can I get samples for checking the quality?
We are happy to provide free samples for quality inspection. While customers are responsible for the initial sample postage, these fees will be credited back to you after a formal order is placed.
What is your delivery time?
In-stock products can be dispatched the next day. For customized products, the typical lead time is approximately 15 days after receipt of the deposit.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are TT (30% as deposit, and 70% balance payment upon sight of BL copy) or L/C at sight.
Is OEM service available?
Yes, OEM service is available. We can process production based on your LOGO or other specific design requirements provided to our factory.
