A: We are a direct manufacturer in China specializing in solar mounting systems for roofs, grounds, and RVs.
Q2: How about the production time?
A: Samples take 1-2 days, while mass production typically requires 7-15 days depending on the order quantity.
Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: We have no MOQ request for current products. For ODM/OEM items, a minimum order quantity is required due to technical reasons.
Q4: Can I have a free sample?
A: Similar showroom samples are free (freight excluded). Customized samples require a charge. We welcome quality testing.
Q5: How long does the goods arrival take?
A: Samples via DHL/FedEx take 3-5 days. Bulk orders via sea take 15-30 days depending on the destination port.
Q6: What services can we provide?
A: We provide OEM and ODM services, including customized logos and packaging based on your artwork.
