Can I have a free sample?
If you only need similar samples, we can find it from our showroom; it is free, but you need to cover the courier freight. If you need a customized sample, you need to pay the sample charge.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 1-2 days, mass production time needs 7~15 days for larger order quantities.
Do you have any MOQ limit?
We don't have a request on MOQ for our current products; 1pc for sample checking is available. For ODM and OEM products, we do have an MOQ requirement.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
For sample packages, we usually ship by DHL or FedEx (3-5 days). For big orders, we usually ship by sea (7~30 days depending on distance).
How about your after-service?
We are responsible for any complaints. We respond immediately (within 3 hours) and help customers solve any problems they encounter.
Can products be customized to specific requirements?
Yes, we can customize solar mounting brackets and structures according to your specific project needs and technical specifications.
