Hot DIP Galvanized Ground Mounting Frame System:
GM3 is a high-performance HDG solar ground structure design developed with fully hot-dip galvanized steel. The thickness of hot-dip galvanizing reaches 80μm, ensuring durability in diverse environmental conditions. The structural frame features continuous rows of holes, providing high installation fault tolerance and significantly reducing construction costs.
1. Installing Ground Screws: The first step is to install the ground screws to anchor the support structure. Screws are drilled into the soil using specialized equipment at depths sufficient to hold the system weight.
2. Install Beam & Support Pole: Connect the diagonal support pole to the top of the main pole using bolts. Attach the beam to the diagonal support and secure firmly.
3. Installing Rails: Attach the rails that support the solar panels to the beams using brackets and bolts. Ensure the rails are perfectly level.
4. Installing Solar Panels: Secure the panels to the rails using mounting hardware. Connect panels in series or parallel and finalize the wiring down the pole.
